1. How to reach us

For all questions, bug reports, and feedback, write to support@tendle.me.

We are a small team. We aim to reply within two business days. For anything urgent — billing, a subscription that did not unlock, a purchase that won't restore — please include the email address tied to your Apple ID and, where relevant, the App Store receipt or order number. It helps us help you faster.

2. Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, not by us directly.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Select Tendle Plus
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

For details on refunds, the free trial, and auto-renewal, see the Terms of Use.

My photo wasn't accepted at the end of kid time

Tendle checks your photo on your device — it looks for a live capture that isn't blank, too dark, or too blurry. If it isn't accepted, try again in better light, hold steady, and frame what you built together. Tendle only uses a live capture from the camera; you can't pick an existing photo from your library. The photo stays on your device and is never uploaded.

I want my data deleted

Tendle is local-first: your photos, your streak, and your settings live on your device. The fastest way to remove them is in the App: Settings → Delete local data. That clears the artefact photos, the presence/streak ledger, and your saved settings.

If you also want us to delete anything we hold (for example, a past support email), write to support@tendle.me from the address tied to your Apple ID. We will confirm and delete the data we control within 30 days, as required under Art. 17 GDPR. Some data we are legally required to keep — for example, subscription invoices for tax purposes (up to 10 years under § 147 AO) — we retain only what we must and isolate it from active use.

Cancelling your App Store subscription is a separate step — see the cancellation flow above.

Which apps does Tendle block, and how?

You choose the apps yourself, and Tendle pauses them during a kid-time session using Apple's Family Controls (Screen Time). Your selection is held by iOS as private system tokens; even the App can't read which apps you picked, and that choice never leaves your device.
